Above The AI
WORKING SYSTEMS. HUMAN CONTROL.

The work that matters is happening above the AI.Not inside it.

AI works. The workflow doesn't.
Working systems in weeks. Your team runs them after we leave.

[ I ]What we do

Three doors. The first is usually where to start.

[ I ]

Work

Working systems, not decks.

One workflow, rebuilt so AI produces usable work and your team keeps control.

[ II ]

Labs

Bootcamps for leadership teams stuck between knowing and doing.

You leave with a working prototype and a path to deployment.

Room

Peer network. By selection.

For operators rebuilding real work around AI.

No analysts. No juniors. The people you meet on the first call run the work.

Why this exists

AI can now produce parts of the work. Most companies have not rebuilt the workflow around it.

The gap between companies that rebuild around AI and companies that keep experimenting with tools compounds every quarter.

You could rebuild your company for this yourself. Most leaders won't. Not because they don't see it coming. Because they're busy running the company they already have.
What we believe
  • Most AI strategy is a list of tools and a hope.
  • Most AI pilots die between the demo and the workflow.
  • The answer is not another deck. The answer is a working thing, in production, measured.

Common questions
  • [01]How fast can you actually start?
Two to three weeks from first call to Diagnose kickoff. We don't sell anything we can't staff senior on.
  • [02]What does a typical engagement cost?
Work has three gates: Diagnose, Build, Embed. Diagnose is a fixed fee, scoped on the call. Build is milestone-based, and the deployment milestone only invoices if the system ships. Embed is time-boxed, scoped to the workflow. After handover, Operating Review is optional and recurring only if there is something worth reviewing. We share ranges once we understand the workflow.
  • [03]Do you work with non-technical teams?
Yes. Most of our work is with leaders who don't write code. The point is that your team can run the system after we leave, not that they could have built it without us.
  • [04]Who actually does the work?
The people you meet on the first call. No analysts, no associates, no junior team you've never met running things in the background.
  • [05]Are you model-agnostic?
Yes. We choose the model for the job, not the logo on the bill. Where a private or self-hosted model matters, we say so, and we design for that constraint from day one.
  • [06]What if we already have an AI strategy deck?
Bring it. We'll read it seriously. Most decks describe a destination without a route. Our job is the route.

You don't need to know what you want yet. The best work often starts with a 30-minute call and no agenda.
