Above The AI sells work, not attention. This site collects the minimum it needs to answer you and to know which pages get read.

No advertising trackers. No data brokers. Nothing sold to anyone, ever.

What you send us

The forms on this site (Get Started, Room application, the email capture on Score and Prototype) collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message.
That goes to our inbox as an email so a human can answer it. We keep the thread as long as the conversation is alive, then archive it.
We do not run a CRM that scores you, and we do not enrich your address against third-party databases.

Subscribing stores your email address in our list at Resend, our email provider. Nothing else: no name, no company, no behavioural profile.
Every issue carries an unsubscribe link. One click removes the address from the list.

Score and Prototype send what you submit (a public URL, or the text you paste) to a language model provider to produce the result. Today that provider is Google, through the Gemini API.
If you give a public URL, this site fetches its public pages the way any crawler would, and reads only what is published there.
Results and lookups are cached in Vercel Blob storage so the same request does not cost a second generation. A result becomes a public page only when you claim it, and a claimed page shows the name you typed.
Ask us and we delete a claimed page. Same address as everything else.

Page views are counted with Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregates and does not build a cross-site profile of you.
This site sets one cookie: atai_locale, which remembers whether you chose English or French. There are no advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Write to contact@abovethe.ai and we answer within 30 days.
You do not need a reason, a template, or a lawyer.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
